摘要
为满足微型隧道管片力学性能试验需要,设计制造了集载荷施加与数据采集功能于一体的微型隧道管片力学性能试验台。根据管片实际埋深及自身重力影响,可选择卧式或立式试验,兼容不同尺寸管片。设计了载荷模拟方案,利用环箍加载油缸实现水压模拟,利用水平及垂直加载油缸实现土压和地层抗力模拟。分析了试验台液压系统功能要求与工作原理,并进行详细计算与元件选型。设计了试验台数据采集系统,可采集应变、位移、环箍力、集中力等数据。实践证明应用效果良好。
To meet the mechanical performance test requirements of micro tunnel segment,a mechanical test platform for micro tunnel segment was designed and built.It integrated loading system and data acquisition system.The overall design scheme was given.The vertical or horizontal test scheme can be selected according to the actual buried depth of the pipe and the effect of its own gravity,and the tubes with different sizes were compatible.The load simulation scheme was designed.The water pressure simulation was realized by the ring goop loading cylinder,and the horizontal and vertical loading cylinders were used to simulate the soil pressure and the formation resistance.The functional requirements,working principle,calculation,and selection of the hydraulic system of the experiment platform were analyzed.The data acquisition system of the experiment platform was designed,and it could collect data such as strain,displacement,ring hoop force,and concentration force and so on.The practice had proved that the application effect was good.
