摘要
目的:探讨无创呼吸机联合安全护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的影响。方法:选取2017年7月~2018年8月收治的82例COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组采取无创呼吸机治疗及常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取安全护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组血气水平改善效果优于对照组(P<0.01),满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01),平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后肺功能各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.01),并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机联合安全护理对COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者有良好的治疗效果,值得临床重点关注。
Objective:To explore the effect of noninvasive ventilator joint security nursing on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients combined Ⅱ type of respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 82 cases of COPD patients combined Ⅱ type of respiratory failure were selected to conduct prospective research.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases each.The control group received non-invasive ventilator treatment and routine nursing,and the observation group was given security nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:In observation group,the improvement effect of blood gas level was better than that of the control group( P <0.01),satisfaction score was higher than the control group( P <0.01),the average hospitalization time was shorter than the control group( P <0.01),the lung function indexes were superior to the control group after treatment( P <0.01),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications( P >0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator joint security nursing has good treatment effect to patients with COPD combined Ⅱ type of respiratory failure and is worthy of clinical focus.
