摘要
目的:探讨康复护理在小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿临床护理中的应用效果。方法:将2016年2月~2019年2月收治的100例小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组接受康复护理,对照组接受常规护理,比较两组护理有效率、惊厥恢复时间、肢体功能恢复时间、平均住院时间、伤残率等。结果:经过系统治疗和护理后,观察组护理有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),肢体功能恢复时间、平均出院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),伤残率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿重症病毒性脑炎的临床护理中,康复护理效果显著,不仅可以提高患儿疾病治疗有效率,还能够缩短患儿惊厥恢复时间、平均出院时间,降低患儿致残率,值得在临床护理中推广使用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in clinical nursing of children with severe viral encephalitis.Methods:According to random number table method,a total of 100 cases of children with infantile severe viral encephalitis from February 2016 to February 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases each.The observation group received rehabilitation nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing care.The nursing efficient,convulsions recovery time,limb function recovery time,the average length of hospital stay,disability rate,etc.of the two groups were compared.Results:After systematic treatment and nursing,the effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05),the recovery time of limb function and the average discharge time were shorter than that in the control group( P <0.05),and the disability rate was lower than the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of severe viral encephalitis in children,rehabilitation nursing has significant effect,not only can improve the treatment efficiency of children,but also can shorten the recovery time of convulsion and average discharge time,reduce the disability rate of children,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
