铁尾矿砂石骨料沥青混凝土性能研究 被引量:22

摘要 通过对铁尾矿砂石材料的物化性质分析,阐明其替代普通集料作为沥青混合料的骨料使用的可行性;采用马氏体积法设计铁尾矿砂石骨料沥青混合料,并设置普通沥青混合料作对照组,通过高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验及汉堡车辙试验评估其路用性能.试验表明,高掺量铁尾矿石骨料沥青混合料抵抗车辙变形能力优于普通沥青混合料,低温性能和水稳定性满足现行规范技术要求,略低于普通沥青混合料,掺2%铁尾矿砂沥青混合料性能与普通沥青混合料无明显差别;可以实现铁尾矿砂石材料在道路面层层的应用,节约成本,显著提高经济效益,减少铁尾矿堆放对环境的影响. Through the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of the iron tailings sandstone material, the feasibility of using iron tailings instead of ordinary aggregate as aggregate for asphalt mixture was clarified. The Marshall volume method was used to design the iron tailings sand aggregate asphalt mixture, and the ordinary asphalt mixture was set as the control group. The road performance was evaluated by high temperature rutting test, low temperature bending test, freeze-thaw splitting test and Hamburg rutting test. The test shows that the rutting resistance of high content iron tailings aggregate asphalt mixture is better than that of ordinary asphalt mixture, and its low temperature performance and water stability meet the technical requirements of current specifications, slightly lower than that of ordinary asphalt mixture. The performance of asphalt mixture mixed with 2% iron tailing sand is not significantly different from that of ordinary asphalt mixture. The application of iron tailings sand and gravel materials in road surface can save costs, significantly improve economic benefits and reduce the impact of iron tailings stacking on the environment.
