摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在初产妇产褥期中的应用效果观察。方法2017年12月~2018年12月102例我院健康初产妇随机分为观察组对照组各51例,对照组初产妇实施常规的产后护理,如产褥期卫生指导、产后注意事项、新生儿护理指导、母乳喂养指导、出院指导等,观察组产妇则实施如下延续性护理干预:组建产褥期延续性小组,加强延续性护理人员专业知识培训,在产妇出院第6、12、18~24天进行随访实施延续性护理干预。结果观察组掌握产褥期知识82.35%、实施纯母乳喂养82.35%、42d复查率96.08%、护理满意98.03%高于对照组的58.82%、62.75%、72.55%、82.35%(P<0.05),产褥期并发症1.96%低于对照组9.86%(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇产褥期实施延续护理,能够有效提高产妇掌握产褥期相关知识、提高纯母乳喂养率、降低产褥期并发症的发生,42d复查率及护理满意率上升,具有较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of continuing nursing in puerperium of primipara.Methods From December 2017– December 2018,102 healthy primipara in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group.The primipara in the control group received routine postpartum care,such as puerperal hygiene guidance,postpartum matters needing attention,neonatal care guidance,breastfeeding guidance,discharge guidance,etc.In the observation group,the continuing nursing intervention was implemented as follows:the continuing group of puerperal period was set up,the professional knowledge training of continuing nursing staff was strengthened,and the continuing nursing intervention was followed up on the 6th,12th,18th-24th days after discharge.Results The observation group knowledge of puerperium 82.35%,Breastfeeding carried out 82.35%,The 42-day review rate 96.08%,nursing satisfaction 98.03%were higher than 58.82%,62.75%,72.55%and 82.35%of the control group(P<0.05).puerperal complications 1.96%was lower than the control group 9.86%(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing care for primipara during puerperium can effectively improve puerperal knowledge,breast-feeding rate,reduce the incidence of puerperal complications,42-day review rate and nursing satisfaction increased,which has a good effect and is worthy of clinical application.
