摘要
目的比较腹腔镜D2胃癌根治术和开腹手术治疗胃癌的效果.方法选择我院2016年5月~2017年5月收治的96例胃癌患者作为研究对象,按照信封随机分组方法分为常规组(48例)与实验组(48例).常规组采用开腹手术,实验组采用腹腔镜手术.比较两组的手术相关指标与手术并发症.结果实验组的手术时间长于常规组,出血量少于常规组,切口长度短于常规组,排气时间、住院时间短于常规组,镇痛药物使用率、手术并发症总发生率低于常规组,胃肠减压时间短于常规组(P<0.05).两组的淋巴结清扫数目、淋巴结阳性数目比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论腹腔镜D2胃癌根治术治疗胃癌可减轻手术创伤,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,利于促进患者早日康复.
Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy and open surgery treating gastric cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into the conventional group (48 cases) and the experimental group (48 cases) according to the envelope random grouping method. The conventional group was treated with open surgery. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. Operative related indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the conventional group, the bleeding volume was less than that of the conventional group, the length of the incision was shorter than that of the conventional group, the anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the conventional group, and the analgesic drug use rate and the total incidence of surgical complications were lower than those of the conventional group, the time of gastrointestinal decompression was shorter than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection and positive lymph node between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy treating gastric cancer can reduce surgical trauma, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote early recovery of patients.
