摘要
利用实验室前期筛选的两株具有优良抗氧化性能的植物乳杆菌AR113和AR501,研究其在口腔应用方面的潜在特性。对AR113和AR501的自聚集能力、与口腔细菌共聚集能力以及对口腔微环境中溶菌酶和盐的耐受性及其耐药性能进行检测。结果表明,AR113 和AR501 的自聚力在16 h 能达到90%以上,并具有与口腔细菌Streptococcusoralis 共聚集的能力,可耐受较高浓度的溶菌酶和盐溶液;对红霉素、氯霉素、氨苄西林敏感,对万古霉素、诺氟沙星和卡那霉素具有抗性。两株植物乳杆菌均表现出一定的口腔益生特性,具有作为口腔益生菌的应用潜力。
Lactobacillus plantarum AR113 and AR501 with antioxidant properties were used to study their oral application characteristics. The self-aggregation ability and co-aggregation with Streptococcus oralisof AR113 and AR501 were measured and the tolerance of lysozyme,salt and antibiotics were determined. The results showed that the self-polymerization of AR113 and AR501 reached more than 90% at 16 h and had the ability to coaggregate with oral bacteria. In addition,both these two Lactobacillus plantarum showed resistance up to 0.6 mg/ mL lysozyme and a certain concentration of salt solution, which is beneficial to their survival in the oral environment. Moreover,they had sensitivity to erythromycin, chloramphenicol and ampicillin but resistance to vancomycin, norfloxacin and kanamycin. Oral probiotics properties of L.plantarum AR113 and AR501 provided the potential for their application in oral system.
