摘要
传统工作标准评价系统难以应对基于“税+”平台的税务管理基础工作标准评价的实际工作需要,运行效率较低。为此进行基于“税+”平台的税务管理基础工作标准评价系统构建。在“税+”平台基础上分析税务管理基础工作标准评价系统的逻辑结构和网络拓扑结构,进行系统结构设计;在系统结构基础上,对数据进行整合,搭建系统数据库;对系统数据库中的数据进行处理,设定评价指标体系,完成评价系统构建方法的设计,实现基于“税+”平台的税务管理基础工作标准评价系统构建。实验数据表明,构建的基于“税+”平台的税务管理基础工作标准评价系统与传统工作标准评价系统相比更适合实际工作需要,提高40%运行效率,并具备极高的有效性。
The traditional work standard evaluation system is difficult to cope with the actual work needs of the tax management standard work based on the"tax plus"platform,and the operation efficiency is low.For this purpose,a tax assessment standard system based on"tax plus"platform is established.On the basis of the"tax+"platform,the logical structure and network topology of the standard evaluation system of tax management are analyzed,and the system structure is designed.On the basis of the system structure,the data are integrated and the system database is set up.The data in the system database are processed,the evaluation index system is set,and the evaluation system is set.The design method of price system is built,and the standard evaluation system of tax management basic work based on"tax+"platform is built.The experimental data show that the construction of the tax management basic work standard evaluation system based on the"tax+"platform is more suitable for the practical work than the traditional work standard evaluation system.It improves the efficiency of 40%and has high efficiency.
