摘要
目的:观察桂枝汤合玉屏风散防治气虚感冒的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将120例患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组、桂枝汤组、玉屏风散组、桂枝汤合玉屏风散组,分别给予等体积白开水、桂枝汤、玉屏风散、桂枝汤合玉屏风散煎剂口服治疗,并观察分析各组疗效及安全性。结果:桂枝汤合玉屏风散组有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(43.33%)、桂枝汤组(63.33%)和玉屏风散组(70.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。桂枝汤合玉屏风散组中医证候积分改变与其他3组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。桂枝汤合玉屏风散组停药后距首次呼吸道感染时间明显长于其他3组,3个月内呼吸道感染复发总次数少于其他3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。桂枝汤合玉屏风散组的CD4^+、CD8^+及其比值均高于其他3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤合玉屏风散可改善气虚感冒患者症状,对患者免疫力改善优于单用经方桂枝汤或时方玉屏风散。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Guizhi Decoction plus Yupingfeng Powder in preventing and treating Qi deficiency-based cold.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into control group,Guizhi Decoction group,Yupingfeng Powder group,Guizhi Decoction plus Yupingfeng Powder group,and were given equal volume of boiled water,Guizhi Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder as well as Guizhi Decoction plus Yupingfeng Powder was taken orally,and the efficacy and safety of each were observed and analyzed.Results:The effective rate of Guizhi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder Group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that(43.33%)of the control group,Guizhi Decoction group(63.33%)and Yupingfeng San group(70.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The changes of TCM syndrome scores in Guizhi Tanghe Yupingfeng San group were significantly different from those in the other three groups(P<0.05).The time from the first respiratory tract infection in Guizhi Decoctiion plus Yupingfeng Powder group was significantly longer than that in the other three groups.The total number of recurrent respiratory infections in 3 months was lower than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).The CD4^+T and CD8^+T ratios of Guizhi Decoction plus Yupingfeng Powder group were higher than those of the other three groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder can improve the symptoms of Qi deficiency and cold,and the improvement of immunity of patients is better than that of single-use of Guizhi Decoction or Yupingfeng Powder.
