摘要
目的:观察新加赤麟散对低位单纯性肛瘘术后早期创面的影响。方法:40例低位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为观察组(新加赤麟散换药,20例)和对照组(灭菌凡士林油纱条换药,20例)。比较两组患者术后第2、4、6、10天创面分泌物量、肉芽色泽、肉芽致密度、创面纵径缩小率、创面疼痛感等指标,记录创面完全愈合所需要的时间,在术后第6周时评价综合总体疗效。结果:术后第4、6、10天观察组创面渗液量、创面色泽评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第6、10天,观察组创面肉芽致密程度、创面纵径缩小率大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第2、4天,观察组疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新加赤麟散治疗低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者疗效显著,可明显减少创面渗液,降低患者疼痛评分,缩短创面腐肉脱落时间及创面愈合时间。
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Chilin Powder on early wounds after low simple anal fistula.Methods:Forty patients with low anal anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group(new plus red scent dressing,20 cases)and control group(sterilized Vaseline oil gauze dressing,20 cases).The indexes of wound secretion,granulation color,granulation density,wound diameter reduction and wound pain were compared on the 2 nd,4 th,6 th and 10 th postoperative day.The time required for complete wound healing was recorded.The overall efficacy was evaluated at week 6.Results:On the 4 th,6 th and 10 th day after operation,the amount of exudate and wound color of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 6 th and 10 th day after operation,the degree of granulation density and the reduction of longitudinal diameter of the wound in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 2 nd and 4 th day after operation,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of both groups was 100%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chilin Powder is effective in treating low-grade simple anal fistula.It can significantly reduce wound exudation,reduce pain score,and shorten the time of wound carrion and the healing time of wound.
