摘要
甘蔗糖厂糖蜜是原料蔗制糖工艺末端重要的副产物之一,同时糖蜜经发酵和蒸馏产生的酒精废液也含丰富的有机无机养分,科学的开发利用可实现变废为宝的可持续发展目标。本文综述了我国甘蔗糖厂糖蜜及酒精废液的应用现状,为甘蔗产业副产物的高值化开发提供背景参考。
Sugarcane molasses was one of the important by-products of raw sugarcane crushing technology,the alcohol waste fermented and distilled from molasses was also rich in organic and inorganic nutrients,scientific exploitation and utilization of molasses could realize the sustainable development goal of turning waste into treasure.In this paper,the application status of molasses and vinasse in sugarcane mills in China was reviewed,which provided background for the development of high value by-products in sugarcane industry.
