摘要
对安徽省纳入2016年医疗卫生机构传染病防治分类监督综合评价试点地区的所有基层医疗机构进行现场调查,了解安徽省基层医疗卫生机构医疗废物管理现状,为基层医疗卫生机构医疗废物的卫生监督提供参考。共监督检查634家基层医疗机构,其中优秀单位139家(21.92%),合格单位354家(55.84%),重点监督单位141家(22.24%),且皖北、皖中和皖南地区上述三种比例的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医疗废物包装过程规范、暂时贮存设施规范、被病原体污染的污水处理规范、规范开展个人防护的比例均低于60%,医疗废物依法管理现状不容乐观。应加强监督和管理,将皖北地区作为监督的重点地区,医疗废物收集的包装物及封口、医疗废物暂时贮存的设备作为监督的重点内容。
In Anhui Province, all Primary medical institutions were selected in the pilot areas for comprehensive evaluation of infectious disease prevention and treatment in a medical institution in 2016, aimed to understand the current situation of medical waste management in primary medical institutions in Anhui Province, and to provide reference for the supervision of medical waste in primary medical institutions. A total of 634 primary medical institutions were supervised. Of which 139 institutions were classified as excellent (21.92%), 354 as qualified(55.84%), and 141 as key supervision(22.24%). There was significant difference of the classified proportion among primary medical institutions in northern area, central area and southern area of Anhui province(P<0.05). The completion proportions according law and regulation of medical waste collection package and seal, temporary storage equipment and its disinfection, sewage treatment contaminated by infectious disease pathogens, management personnel’s occupational safety protection were lower than 60%. The current situation of medical waste management in primary medical institutions in Anhui Province is not optimistic. The supervision and management of clinical waste should be strengthened, especially for the institutions in Northern Anhui. The packaging and sealing of medical waste collection and the equipment for temporary storage of medical waste shall be the key contents of supervision.
