摘要
分析冷榨法、精制法和溶剂浸提法等方法提取辣木籽油,探究辣木种籽油抗紫外线的性能。结果表明,辣木油能吸收紫外线,紫外测定最大吸收波长为212nm,因此具有抗紫外的能力。其中未精制和石油醚溶剂提取的辣木油的抗紫外能力比精制油好。由于辣木油有吸收紫外线特性,需避光贮藏,防止其生化成分的改变,可利用这个特性开发相关产品如防晒霜等。
Analysis of cold pressing method, the refined method and solvent extraction method to extract the moringa seed oil, explore the performance of resisting ultraviolet ray moringa seed oil. The results showed that moringa oil could absorb ultraviolet radiation, and the maximum absorption wavelength was 212 nm. Moringa oil extracted from crude oil and petroleum ether solvent has better uv resistance than refined oil. Because moringa oil has the characteristic that absorbs ultraviolet ray, need to avoid light store up, prevent the change of its biochemical composition, can use this characteristic to develop relevant product to wait like sunscreen.
