摘要
介绍了国内外对硅藻及硅藻指数的应用研究进展。大量研究结果证实,基于硅藻的种类分布和个体特征,使得硅藻具有良好的指示特性。将指示变量按照特征归纳为水体环境、污染物以及人类环境行为3个方面。针对硅藻研究过程中存在的薄弱环节,指出了硅藻及硅藻指数在河流健康评价中所存在的问题,并提出了今后关于硅藻研究需要完善和发展的方向,以及在我国建立并完善硅藻生物监测体系的重要性。
This paper summarizes the concept and connotation of diatoms,and summarizes the research progress of the application of diatom and diatom index at home and abroad. A large number of research results confirm that diatoms have good indication characteristics based on the species distribution and individual characteristics of diatoms. In this paper,the indicator variables are classified into three aspects according to their characteristics: water environment,pollutants and human environmental behavior. In view of the weak links in the research of diatoms,this paper points out the problems existing in the River Health assessment of diatom and diatom index,and puts forward some future directions for the improvement and development of diatom research,as well as the importance of establishing and perfecting the diatom biological monitoring system in our country.
