摘要
目的:观察清肝利胆退黄汤治疗婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病的临床疗效,探讨和研究治疗过程中中药治疗的价值和意义,为研发新的治疗胆汁淤积性肝病的中成药提供临床依据。方法:选取婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病患儿100例,依据随机数字表按照双盲随机对照原则分为观察组和对照组,分别给予不同的治疗方法,分析疗效、各实验指标及临床症状及体征评分值的改善情况。结果:观察组胆红素下降水平较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05),但ALT及GGT两组差异不大(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率90.0%,明显优于对照组66.0%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿临床症状及体征评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肝利胆退黄汤治疗婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病的疗效可靠,且未见不良反应情况。
Objective:To explore and study the value and significance of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile cholestatic liver disease by observing the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Lidan Tuihuang decoction in the treatment of infantile cholestatic liver disease,and to provide a clinical basis for the development of new Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of cholestatic liver disease.Methods:We enrolled 100 infants with cholestatic liver disease.Based on the random number table,these infants were divided into observation group and the control group according to the double-blind randomized control principle.Then treated with different regimens.After the end of treatment,the curative effect,the improvement of various experimental indicators,clinical symptoms and physical signs scores were analyzed.Results:The level of bilirubin in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),but the difference between the ALT and GGT groups was not significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(66.0%)(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qinggan Lidan Tuihuang Decoction is effective in treating infantile cholestasis liver disease,and there are no adverse reactions.
