摘要
基于冲头的设计使用要求,为了降低成本,依据选材经济性的原则,采用摩擦焊技术将W6Mo5Cr4V2和Cr12MoV两种材料进行对焊。运用正交试验设计优化满足要求的热处理工艺,达到提高冲头的使用寿命。
Based on the design and use requirements of punch,in order to reduce costs,according to the principle of material selection economy and the friction welding technology is used to butt welding both of W6 Mo5 Cr4 V2 and Cr12 MoV materials. The orthogonal experimental design is used to optimize the heat treatment process to meet the requirements. The service life of punch can be improved.
