摘要
网络时代背景下,计算机信息技术被广泛应用于高职院校档案管理中。管理人员整理档案时,利用计算机的功能快速归类档案,将不同的档案分类保存在不同的文件夹中。而过去需要耗费很长时间整理纸质档案,难以高效完成归档工作。在新形势下,管理人员充分应用计算机信息技术高效归档、快速整理大量的档案,并方便检索、查找、储存、传输档案,也可以根据档案的类型和内容利用计算机设置获取的权限和密码,确保档案不丢失,有利于做好档案管理工作。
In the context of the Internet era, computer information technology is widely used in the file management of higher vocational colleges.When managers organize files, they use the functions of the computer to quickly classify files and save different file categories in different folders.In the past, it took a long time to organize paper files, and it was difficult to complete the archiving work efficiently.Under the new situation, managers fully use computer information technology to efficiently archive and quickly sort out a large number of files, and to easily retrieve, find, store, and transfer files.It can also use the computer to set the permissions and passwords according to the type and content of the files to ensure the file is not lost, which is conducive to the management of the file.
