摘要
以实木椅为研究对象,根据零部件的相似性,将其分类成组,形成零件族。测量和统计零件族中各零部件的规格尺寸,并根据时间研究法测定和统计各零部件的加工时间。按照成组技术来组织生产,分析成组加工前后的时间差异,进而估算成组加工前后的成本差异。结果表明:实木椅零部件之间在加工工艺、几何形状、尺寸规格等方面存在一定的相似性,符合成组技术实施的条件;利用相似性特征将零部件分类形成零件族后实施成组加工,可以有效提升生产效率,显著降低生产成本。
Taking the solid-wood chair as the research object, the parts were classified into groups to form the part family. The dimensions of each part in the part family were measured and counted, and the machining time of each part was measured and counted according to the time study method. The production was organized according to the group technology, and the time difference before and after the group processing was analyzed, and then the cost difference was estimated. There are certain similarities in processing, geometry and size among the solid-wood chair parts, which meet the conditions for the implementation of the group technology. It will effectively improve production efficiency and significantly reduce production costs to classify the parts into different families and carry out group machining according to the similarity characteristics of parts.
