回收橡胶树脂复合改性剂的研发及其适应性验证 被引量:1

摘要 研究了回收橡胶树脂和丁苯橡胶种类对沥青三大指标的影响,以及回收橡胶树脂对沥青离析程度、高温稳定性能的影响,研发了一种新型回收橡胶树脂复合改性剂,并采用3种典型沥青对回收橡胶树脂复合改性剂的适应性进行评价.结果表明:随着回收橡胶树脂掺量的增加,沥青针入度逐渐减小,延度和软化点逐渐增大;随着回收橡胶粉掺量的增加,沥青针入度、延度和软化点均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,回收橡胶树脂与沥青的离析程度呈先减小后增大的趋势,沥青混合料动稳定度逐渐增大;2^#丁苯橡胶对沥青延度提升非常明显;新研究的回收橡胶树脂复合改性剂对于基质沥青具有很好的适应性. The effects of recycled rubber resin on the three indices of asphalt were investigated,and the influence of recycled rubber resin on the stabilities of asphalt segregation and high temperature was also discussed.A new recycled rubber resin composite modifier was developed,and the adaptability of three kinds of typical asphalt to the recycled rubber resin composite modifier was evaluated.The results show that with the increasing of recycled rubber resin content,the asphalt penetration is decreased,while the ductility and the softening point are increased gradually.With the increasing of recycled rubber powder dosage,asphalt penetration,ductility and softening point are all increased with latter decreasing,while the segregation degree between recycled rubber resin and asphalt is decreased with latter increasing.However,the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture is increased gradually.The asphalt ductility is obviously improved by 2^# styrene butadiene rubber,and the newly developed recycled rubber resin composite modifier has good adaptability to the matrix asphalt.
