摘要
[目的]观察白虎加人参汤治疗糖尿病(肺胃热盛)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组40例二甲双胍,0.5g/次,2次/d,或0.85g/次,1次/d,根据病情调整剂量,最大不超过2.55g/d。治疗组40例白虎加参汤(生石膏75g,知母、玉竹各20g,人参、麦冬、生地黄各25g,花粉、粳米各15g,甘草10g),水煎400mL,1剂/d,早晚温服;二甲双胍治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床表现、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血糖蛋白(HbA1C)、不良反应。治疗1疗程(2个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组显效20例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。FPG、2hPG、HbA1C两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]白虎加人参汤治疗糖尿病(肺胃热盛),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Baihu Jiashen decoction on diabetes mellitus(Feiwei Resheng).[Method] 80 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group consisted of 40 cases of metformin, 0.5 g/time, 2 times/day, or 0.85 g/time, 1 time/day. The dosage was adjusted according to the condition, and the maximum dosage was not more than 2550 mg/day.In the treatment group, 40 cases of Baihu Jiashen decoction(Shengshigao 75 g, Zhimu, Yuzhu each 20 g,Renshen, Maidong, Shengdihuang each 25 g, Tianhuafen, Jingmi each 15 g, Gancao 10 g) were decocted in water, 400 mL, 1 dose/d, warm in the morning and evening;metformin treatment was the same as the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 months is a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations, fasting blood glucose(FPG), postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG), glycated glycoprotein(HbA1 C) and adverse reactions were observed. One course of treatment(2 months) was used to determine the curative effect.[Result] 28 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group, 10 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.00%. 10 cases were markedly effective in the control group, 11 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.50%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1 C were improved in both groups(P<0.01),and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Baihu Jiashen decoction has satisfactory curative effect in treating diabetes mellitus(hyperthermia of lung and stomach), and has no serious adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing.
