摘要
在永磁同步电机定子系统设计中,模态分析的准确性直接影响电机振动噪声的预测和抑制。对一台48槽8极车用永磁同步电机定子系统进行模态仿真分析和实验测试,对比研究了适合于正交各向异性结构的模态提取算法,并利用模态相关性分析验证了定子系统模态实验的有效性。分别用正交各向异性和各向同性结构定义的定子系统模态计算结果与模态实验结果进行对比分析。分析结果显示:在模态分析时,采用正交各向异性结构定义电机定子系统进行动态特性分析更准确。
The accurate prediction of modal analysis directly affects the prediction and suppression of motor vibration and noise on the stator system design of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).In this paper,the modal simulation analysis and experimental test of a 48-slot 8-pole automotive permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) stator system are carried out.The modal extraction algorithm suitable for orthotropic structures is compared and the validity of the modal test of the stator system is verified by modal correlation analysis.Comparison of modal experimental results and modal calculation results of stator system structures is defined by orthotropic and isotropic.The analysis results show that it is more accurate to define the motor stator system using the orthotropic structure during dynamic characteristics analysis.
