正交试验优化产地鲜制法半夏工艺研究 被引量:3

Optimization of the Processing Technique of Fresh Prepared Pinellia Ternata in Planting Area by Orthogonal Test

摘要 目的用正交试验设计优选鲜制法半夏的炮制工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以总酸、总生物碱和甘草酸含量为指标,多指标综合加权评分,优选鲜制法半夏的炮制工艺;并以草酸钙针晶含量和家兔眼结膜刺激性评价本工艺所制法半夏与生半夏及药典法制备法半夏的刺激程度。结果优选出鲜制法半夏的炮制工艺为:室温,每100g鲜半夏,用甘草15g,生石灰10g,浸泡2d,保持浸液pH12以上。结论用正交试验优选的炮制工艺不仅达到了传统半夏炮制减毒的目的,且以鲜半夏为原料明显缩短了炮制时间,同药典法比较明确了炮制温度、炮制时间。 Objective To optimize the processing technique of fresh prepared Pinellia Ternata in planting area by orthogonal test. Methods Orthogonal test was applied in optimizing the processing technique,taking the contests of total acid,total alkaloids and glycyrrhizic acid as the index and multi-index comprehensive weighted scoring method was adopted;assessment with the content level of calcium oxalate crystals and the result of stimulating test on rabbit eyes were studied in comparing the irritation degrees between this processing technique and pharmacopeia method in preparing prepared Pinellia Ternata and raw Pinellia Ternata. Results The optimizing procedure for fresh Pinellia Ternata preparation: 100 g fresh Pinellia ternate immersed in 15 g licorice and 10 g quick lime for 2 days under room temperature,keeping the pH value of immersion at 12 or over. Conclusions The optimizing processing technique by orthogonal test reaches the goal of Pinellia Ternata toxicity reduction in traditional preparation and taking fresh Pinellia Ternata as the raw material can shorten the processing time,the processing temperature and time are defined.
