摘要
目的 探讨品管圈活动对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法 2018年4月起,在我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后护理中应用品管圈活动,从2018年1—3月、2018年4—6月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的胆囊炎结石患者中各选45例进行研究,比较品管圈活动应用前后患者的生活质量及护理满意度。结果 应用品管圈活动后患者术后各项生活质量评分均高于应用前(P<0.05);应用品管圈活动后患者护理满意度高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论 对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应用品管圈活动,能改善其生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities on postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods To applicate quality control circle activity in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from April 2018. We selected 45 cases of patients with cholecystitis calculi undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2018 to March 2018 and 45 cases from April 2018 to June 2018 for the study. Then we compared the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients before and after the application of quality control circle activities. Results After the application of quality control circle activities, the postoperative quality of life scores of patients were higher than those before the application( P <0.05). After the application of quality control circle activities, the nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that before the application( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve their quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
