摘要
目的探讨中医护理路径单在儿科低年资护士工作中的应用效果。方法2018年1—6月由护理部根据儿科中医护理特色制定中医护理路径单,并要求儿科低年资护士按中医护理路径单对患儿进行护理,比较实施前(2017年7—12月)及实施后(2018年1—6月)儿科低年资护士综合护理能力、中医操作不良事件发生率。结果实施后儿科低年资护士穴位按摩、针灸技能、湿敷操作、涂药操作、拔罐操作、熏洗操作、敷药操作、贴药操作等方面能力评分较实施前明显提高(P<0.05)。实施后儿科患儿穴位敷贴致皮肤过敏或破损、中药热敷致皮肤烫伤、拔罐起泡、艾灸致皮肤烫伤等不良事件发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论应用中医护理路径单能有效提高儿科低年资护士中医综合护理技能,降低儿科中医操作不良事件发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing path list in the work of pediatric junior nurses. Methods To develop Chinese medicine nursing path list based on the characteristics of pediatric Chinese medicine nursing by the department of nursing from January 2018 to June 2018. And junior nurses in the pediatric department provided nursing for children according to the Chinese medicine nursing path list. We compared the comprehensive nursing ability and the incidence of adverse events in Chinese medicine operations of these pediatric junior nurses before the implementation (from July 2017 to December 2017) and after the implementation (from January 2018 to June 2018). Results After the implementation, the ability scores of the pediatric junior nurses in acupressure, acupuncture skills, wet compress operation, applicator operation, cupping operation, fumigation operation, dressing operation, patching operation and other aspects improved significantly than that before the implementation( P <0.05). After the implementation, the incidence of adverse events such as skin allergies or damage caused by acupoint application in children with pediatrics, skin burns caused by Chinese herbal fomentation, foaming caused by cupping, and skin burns caused by moxibustion were lower than that before the implementation( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing path list can improve the comprehensive nursing skills of pediatric junior nurses effectively and reduce the incidence of pediatric Chinese medicine operation.
