摘要 工作幸福感是个体对当前从事工作的整体感知和评价以及目标和潜能实现之后的心理愉悦感体验。将影响因素和相关理论结合,分析得出各因素背后存在的理论基础有人格特质理论、自我决定理论、社会交换理论、情境力量理论、资源保存理论和情感事件理论,这些理论所解释的影响因素分别为个体特质、心理资本、人际关系、组织情境、组织资源支持和工作环境。这不仅对提高员工幸福指数提供指导,而且还有利于员工和企业的创新发展。 Job well-being is the individual’s overall perception and evaluation of the current work and the psychological pleasure experience after the realization of goals and potential. This paper combines the influencing factors and related theories, and concludes that the theoretical basis behind each factor is personality trait theory, self-determination theory, social exchange theory, situational force theory, resource preservation theory and emotional event theory,which are explained by these theories are individual characteristics, psychological capital,interpersonal relationship, organizational context, organizational resource support and working environment.This not only provides guidance for improving employee happiness index, but also benefits the innovation and development of employees and enterprises.
