摘要
目的分析成人嗜肺军团菌所致社区获得性肺炎的临床特征。方法选取2010年1月-2017年12月我院收治的60例成人嗜肺军团菌所致社区获得性肺炎患者为研究对象,均接受一般资料调查及实验室检查,观察60例患者临床表现、实验室检查结果及痰培养结果。结果患者多以发热、胸部干湿啰音、头痛等为主要临床表现;肺炎患者中外周白细胞、CRP、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、血尿素氮等水平均升高,血钠水平降低。结论成人嗜肺军团菌所致社区获得性肺炎患者多以发热、胸部干湿啰音、头痛等为临床表现,早期行血尿常规检测利于提高该病的检出率,为临床诊治提供参考。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)caused by adult L.pneumophila.Methods 60 cases of CAP caused by adult L.pneumophila from January 2010 to December 2017 received general data surgery and laboratory tests.The clinical features,laboratory test results,sputum culture were observed.Results Fever,chest wheeze or moist rale,headache were main clinical features;The levels of peripheral WBC,CRP,ALT,AST and BUN in pneumonia patients increased,and the level of blood sodium decreased.Conclusion CAP patients caused by adult L.pneumophila have clinical features of fever,chest wheeze or moist rale,headache.Early blood and urine routine can increase the detection rate of the disease,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
