摘要
吉林省农业和农村发展已经进入了以市场引导为主的新阶段。农业信息化建设是关系到农业发展、农民增收和农村稳定的一项重要工作,是落实乡村振兴战略的重要载体。本文分析了目前吉林省农业发展和综合科技服务平台现状,探索如何建设吉林省现代农业综合科技服务平台,提出“一个平台、两个体系、三个支持系统”的总体框架,并对促进综合科技服务平台体系创新与发展提出建议,能够有效推进农业经济结构调整、提高生产力的发展水平,为广大农民、企业提供更加有效的服务。
Agriculture and rural development in Jilin Province have entered a new stage of market guidance.The construction of agricultural informatization is an important work that relates to agricultural development,farmer income and rural stability.It is an important carrier for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper analyzed the current situation of agriculture development and comprehensive technology service platform in Jilin Province,and explored how to construct the modern agricultural integrated technology service platform in Jilin Province.This paper proposed the overall framework of "one platform,two systems,three supporting systems",put forward suggestions on promoting the innovation and development of the comprehensive science and technology service platform system.The research can effectively promote the structural adjustment of agricultural economy,improve the development level of productivity,and provide more effective services for farmers and enterprises.
