摘要
针对主回撤通道末采期间维护的难题,介绍了水力压裂卸压技术的原理和特点,分析其在维护回撤通道稳定性方面的作用,又以柠条塔煤矿S1226工作面主回撤通道为例,通过矿压监测数据,分析对比了主回撤通道压裂段和非压裂段的效果,证实水力压裂卸压技术有利于回撤通道的稳定.又以S1229工作面主回撤通道为例,将整个回撤通道都进行卸压,工作面末采和贯通期间,回撤通道保持稳定,且支架后方的采空区也能及时被填实.通过现场对比试验和应用实例验证了水力压裂卸压技术在维护回撤通道稳定性方面的作用,有利于安全、高效、经济的回撤设备.
Aming at the problem of maintenance of withdrawal entry during end-mining,introduced the principle and characteristics of hydraulic fracturing unloading technology,analysis of its role in maintaining the stability of the withdrawal entry,taking the main withdrawal entry of SI226 working face in Ningtiaota coal mine as an example,through the analysis of ground pressure data,the effects of fractured and non-fractured sections of main withdrawal entry are compared.It is proved that hydraulic fracturing unloading technology is conducive to the stability of withdrawal entry.Taking the main withdrawal entry of SI229 working face in Ningtiaota coal mine as an example,the entire withdrawal entry were unloading,the withdrawal entry remains stable during end mining,and the goaf behind the support can also be filled in time.The effect of hydraulic fracturing unloading technology in maintaining the stability of withdrawal entry is verified by field comparison test and application example.It is conducive to safe,efficient and economical withdrawal equipment.
