摘要
目的探讨类风湿关节炎诊断中应用血清抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体及类风湿因子联合检测的价值。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月本院接收的82例类风湿关节炎患者,纳为试验组,同期选取82例健康体检者纳为参照组。两组均接受血清抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体检测与血清类风湿因子检测,比较分析两组血清抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体、类风湿因子检测结果。结果试验组抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体、类风湿因子检测结果均高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体联合类风湿因子检测阳性率高于单一抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体检测阳性率、单一类风湿因子检测阳性率;抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体联合类风湿因子检测敏感度、特异度与单一检测差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体联合类风湿因子检测用于类风湿关节炎诊断中的可行性更高。
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of anti-cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and rheumatoid factors inthe diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Eighty-two patients withrheumatoid arthritis who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the experimental group. Eighty-two healthy people who underwent physical examinations during the same periodwere selected as the reference group. Both groups were given detections of anti-cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and rheumatoid factors. The detection results of anti-cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and rheumatoid factors were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The detection results of anti-cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and rheumatoid factors of the experimental group were both higher than those of the reference group, P < 0.05. The positive rate of combined detection of anti-cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and rheumatoid factors was higher than that of single detection of anti?cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and single detection of rheumatoid factors. There was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity and specificity between combined detection of anti-cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and rheumatoid factors and single detection, P > 0.05. Conclusion The combined detection of anti-cyclic critrullinated polypeptide antibody and rheumatoid factors for diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis has high feasibility.
