摘要
为提升聚能射流的侵彻能力,优化射流形态,在双锥型药型罩基础上,提出一种辅助型双锥药型罩。采用数值仿真方法比较辅助型双锥药型罩与双锥型药型罩形成的射流性能的优劣差异。试验结果表明:在药型罩装药厚度与大小锥角相同情况下,由辅助型双锥药型罩形成的超聚能射流头部最大速度为10 541 m/s,t=50μs时射流长度为378.00 mm,比双锥型药型罩形成的射流头部最大速度提升25.90%,射流长度提升13.00%。运用正交试验对辅助型双锥药型罩的结构参数进行优化设计,得出优化设计参数:药型罩小锥角α=45°、药型罩大锥角β=100°、辅助药型罩厚度h=3.5 mm、辅助药型罩半径d=20 mm。优化后即提升了射流头部最大速度与射流长度,同时降低头部速度下降梯度,达到了提升射流侵彻能力的目的。
To improve the penetrating ability of the shaped charge jet and to optimize the shape of the jet,an auxiliary double-cone type hood is proposed according to the existing double-cone type hood.The numerical simulation method is used to compare the jet difference between the auxiliary and existing double-cone type hood.Results show that when the thickness and the cone angle are the same,the maximum velocity of the super-polymerized jet head formed by the auxiliary double-cone hood is 10 541 m/s(25.90% rise),and the jet length is 378.00 mm(13.00% rise) at t=50 μs.The orthogonal design is used to optimize the structural parameters of the auxiliary double-cone hood.The optimal design parameters are given as,small cone angle α=45°,large cone angle β=100°,thickness h=3.5 mm and radius d=20 mm.Through optimization,the maximum velocity and length of the jet head get increased,while the gradient of the head velocity falls slower than ever before.As a result,the auxiliary double-cone type hood can significantly improve the penetrating ability of the jet.
