摘要
【目的】探究穴位埋线结合中药治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。【方法】将80例PCOS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予补肾健脾化痰中药治疗,治疗组在对照组中药治疗基础上于非月经期加用穴位埋线,2组均以3个月经周期为1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后血清学相关检测指标[CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)和LH/FSH]的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】(1)2组共76例病例完成试验,其中治疗组37例,对照组39例。(2)治疗1个疗程后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为89.19%和66.67%;组间比较,治疗组的总体疗效和总有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者血清LH、LH/FSH、T水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组在降低血清LH、LH/FSH水平方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,2组患者血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组在降低血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】穴位埋线联合补肾健脾化痰中药治疗PCOS具有较好疗效,可调节女性内分泌水平,进而有助于提高妊娠,并可有效降低血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平,表明了其发病机制可能与慢性炎症反应有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese medicine on serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS). Methods Eighty PCOS patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given oral use of herbs with the actions of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen to resolve phlegm, and the trial group was given acupoint catgut embedding during the non-menstrual period based on the treatment for the control group. The course of treatment covered 3 menstrual cycles. Before and ater treatment,serum indicators of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),and LH/FSH ratio in the two groups were observed,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated after treatment. Results (1)A total of 76 PCOS patients(37 from the trial group and 39 from the control group)had completed the trial.(2)After treatment for one course, the total efficiency of the trial group was 89.19% and that of the control group was 66.67%. The differences of overall efficacy and total efficiency between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the serum levels of LH,LH/FSH,and T in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease of LH and LH/FSH in the trial group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment, serum levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the trial group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with the herbs with the actions of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen to resolve phlegm can regulate female endocrine level,increase pregnancy rate and lower serum CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels of PCOS patients. The results indicated that the therapeutic mechanism may be associated with the chronic inflammatory response.
