摘要
高校兽医检测实验室面对社会接收样品,提供兽医诊断和病原检测服务,对样品接收、处理有时效性要求;同时对整个实验室的人、机、料、法、环等要素有着较高要求。依靠高校全职工作人员对专业兽医检测实验室进行全面管理,限于效率不高、样品接收不够及时、周末及假期无人值班、环境要素有时无人监控等问题。通过对研究生值班制度的摸索、实践,使得以上问题得到基本解决。本文介绍了该制度运行模式、实行要点,总结了相关的管理经验及体会。
University Veterinary detection lab faces the society to receive samples, provides veterinary pathogen detection services, and has time-sensitive requirements for sample receiving and processing. At the same time, it has high requirements for the human resource, machine condition, reagent, detection methods, and environment elements of the entire laboratory. Relying on the full-time staff to conduct comprehensive management, there are problems such as inefficiency, inaccurate sample reception, unattended on weekends and holidays, and unattended environmental factors monitorship. Through the exploration and practice of the graduate student duty system, the above problems are basically solved. This paper introduces the operating mode and implementation points of the system, and summarizes relevant management experience.
