摘要
目的分析超声引导下颈内静脉穿刺置管的效果。方法方便抽取该院于2013年9月—2015年2月收治的89例需行颈内静脉穿刺置管的患者作为研究对象。随机分成盲探穿刺组(44例)、超声引导穿刺组(45例)。两组分别采用盲探穿刺、超声引导穿刺置管。对比穿刺时间、一次穿刺成功率、满意度等指标。结果超声引导穿刺组穿刺时间(12.29±3.86)min,短于盲探穿刺组(20.46±3.93)min(t=9.17,P<0.05)。超声引导穿刺组一次穿刺成功率93.33%(χ^2=14.69)、患者对穿刺方法的满意度91.11%(χ^2=15.84),高于盲探穿刺组54.55%、50.00%(P<0.05)。超声引导穿刺组并发症发生率2.22%,低于盲探穿刺组18.18%(χ^2=7.56,P<0.05)。结论超声引导穿刺用于颈内静脉穿刺置管,穿刺迅速、安全,且并发症发生率低。
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided internal jugular vein catheterization. Methods Convenient select a total of 89 patients who underwent internal jugular vein catheterization from September 2013 to February 2015 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into a blind probe group (44 cases) and an ultrasound guided puncture group (45 cases). The two groups were treated with blind puncture and ultrasound guided puncture. Compare the puncture time, one puncture success rate, satisfaction and other indicators. Results The puncture time of the ultrasound guided puncture group was 12.29±3.86 min, which was shorter than that of the blind puncture group (20.46±3.93) min (t=9.17, P<0.05). The success rate of one puncture in the ultrasound-guided puncture group was 93.33%(χ^2=14.69), and the patient's satisfaction with the puncture method was 91.11%(χ^2=15.84), which was higher than that of the blind puncture group 54.55%, 50.00%(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the ultrasound-guided puncture group was 2.22%, which was lower than that in the blind puncture group 18.18%(χ^2=7.56, P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound guided puncture is used for internal jugular vein catheterization. The puncture is rapid and safe, and the incidence of complications is low.
