摘要
本文采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定柘荣太子参中Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Se 7种微量元素.通过方法学验证,表明该方法适用于测定太子参中多种微量元素,同时也证实本次试验所采用的柘荣太子参中含Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Zn等微量元素.
In this paper,seven kinds of trace elements of Mg,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn and Se in Pseudostellaria heterophylla were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The methodological verification shows that the method is suitable for the determination of various trace elements in Pseudostellaria heterophylla.It also confirms the trace elements such as Mg,Ca,Mn,Fe and Zn in the ginseng.
