摘要
由于轮轨滚动接触,钢轨轨头工作边容易形成鱼鳞纹,若不及时维修处理,将进一步发展形成重伤或剥离掉块,影响行车安全。根据钢轨及道岔的型面,设计一种轨面涡流检测系统,研究辅助机械扫查装置及适形阵列涡流探头等,并在实验室和现场进行了试验。由检测人员在钢轨上推行完成轨头踏面工作边处表面裂纹检测,获得轨头踏面有无缺陷及缺陷深度的定量评估数据。试验及现场应用研究表明,采用该系统检测钢轨试块,对0.5mm,1mm,2mm,3mm深的人工斜裂纹均能有效检出并显示深度;采用该系统检测在线钢轨鱼鳞纹,能够显示鱼鳞纹的深度评估数据,为钢轨打磨维修提供参考。
Fish-scale patterns easily occur to the working edge of rail head due to the rolling contact of wheel track. If such patterns are not repaired or disposed timely,they may further develop into serious damage or peeling,thus affecting the driving safety. According to the profiles of rail and turnout,a rail surface eddy current testing system is designed. The auxiliary mechanical scanning device and eddy current probes using conformable sensor arrays,etc. are studied. Tests are carried out in the lab and at the site. The testing personnel completes the surface crack inspection on the working edge of the rail head tread,thus obtaining the quantitative evaluation data on whether defects exist on the rail head tread and the depth of such defects. According to a study on the test and field application,a good test effect may be achieved by testing the rail block of the system. Oblique cracks that are 0.5 mm,1 mm,2 mm and 3 mm deep can be effectively detected,with their depth indicated. Such a testing system can not only be applied to the flaw defection of the working edge on rail surface,but also be offered to a quantitative evaluation on defect depth,thus providing references for rail grinding and servicing.
