摘要
对硅固溶强化球墨铸铁QT500-14熔炼工艺,球化处理,孕育处理以及大型铸件去应力退火等工艺方法进行了阐述,通过试验获得了铸件的机械性能对比数据和金相组织图片,总结出了硅固溶强化球墨铸铁的优点,从而实现铸件高性能,高品质,低成本,轻量化设计。
The smelting process, spheroidization treatment, inoculation treatment, and stress relief annealing of large castings for silicon solid solution strengthened ductile iron QT500-14 have been expounded in the text. The mechanical properties comparing data of the castings and the metallographic images have been obtained through experiments. The special advantages of silicon solid solution strengthened ductile iron have been summarized, so as to achieve high performance, high quality, low cost and light weight design of castings.
