中华绒螯蟹不同可食部位对重金属镉的富集效应研究 被引量:6

摘要 在实验室模拟条件下构建养殖生态系统,设置4个镉暴露浓度(0、5、50、100μg/L),以探究镉在中华绒螯蟹体内不同可食部位(性腺、蟹身肉、蟹腿肉)的富集残留效应差异。结果表明:(1)镉在中华绒螯蟹体内的残留值为:性腺>蟹身肉>蟹腿肉,且性腺的占比均达85%以上。(2)各可食部位镉的残留量随暴露时间的增加而增加,且与水环境中镉的浓度呈正相关。同一可食部位,低、中和高浓度处理的富集系数与水环境中镉浓度呈负相关;同一浓度处理下,中华绒螯蟹体内不同可食部位的富集系数均为:性腺>蟹身肉>蟹腿肉。(3)镉在中华绒螯蟹体内的残留可能存在一定的性别差异。研究结果系统揭示水环境中镉在中华绒螯蟹体内不同可食部位的富集残留差异,为镉在中华绒螯蟹体内的分布、富集和迁移规律提供理论依据,为中国中华绒螯蟹的安全养殖和质量控制提供科学依据。 We constructed the aquaculture ecosystem under the laboratory simulation conditions,and set 4 cadmium exposure concentrations(0,5,50,100μg/L)to explore the differences of enrichment and residue effects of cadmium in different edible parts(gonad,body meat and leg meat)of Eriocheir sinensis.The results showed that:(1)the residual value of cadmium in Eriocheir sinensis was gonad>body meat>leg meat,and the proportion of gonads was more than 85%;(2)the residual amounts of cadmium in each edible part increased with the exposure time,and it was positively correlated with the cadmium concentration in the water environment;in the same edible part,the enrichment coefficient of low,medium and high concentration groups was negatively correlated with the cadmium concentration in the water environment;under the same concentration group,the enrichment coefficients of different edible parts were gonads>body meat>leg meat;(3)the residues of cadmium in Eriocheir sinensis might have gender differences.The results systematically reveal the differences of cadmium enrichment in different edible parts of Eriocheir sinensis in water environment,and provide a basis for studying the distribution,enrichment and migration of cadmium in Eriocheir sinensis,and for the safe breeding and quality control.
