摘要
基于科技成果转化的视角,以广东省现有16家农业科技园区为研究对象,采取问卷调查法和主成分分析法,对"十二五"时期广东农业科技园区从科技成果转化基础和转化水平两方面展开分析测算。研究结果表明,广州、深圳园区无论是科技成果转化基础还是转化水平均位于全省前列,园区的科技成果转化基础指数与转化水平指数存在一定的正相关关系;影响园区科技成果转化基础的指标主要为研发中心、国际合作单位、技术支持单位,影响园区科技成果转化水平的指标主要为国际合作项目、推广新产品、国外技术引进、国内合作项目、授权发明专利。
Based on the perspective of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, this paper takes 16 agricultural science and technology parks in Guangdong Province as the research object, adopts questionnaire survey and principal component analysis to analyze and calculate the transformation basis and level of scientific and technological achievements in Guangdong agricultural science and technology park during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period. The results show that Guangzhou and Shenzhen parks are in the forefront of the province, regardless of the basis of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements or the average of transformed water, and there is a certain positive correlation between the basic index of scientific and technological achievements transformation and the transformation level index of Guangzhou and Shenzhen parks;the indexes that affect the basis of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the park are mainly R&D centers, international cooperation units and technical support units,the indicators that affect the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements in the park are mainly international cooperation projects, promotion of new products, foreign technology introduction,domestic cooperation projects, authorized invention patents.
