摘要
为了更好地推进电气工程及其自动化的卓越工程师计划,培养在科学素养、人文精神、专业能力等方面具有优良素质的电气工程专业人才,提出"教与学、理论与实践、学校与企业紧密结合"的"多元化"创新教学模式。立足于基础系统教学和实践能力培养,创新性地进行了课内外教学探索,为学生从实践过程中通过项目学习来获取工程能力创造条件。教学实践表明,该教学模式的建设在培养学生综合能力和提升就业竞争力等方面具有积极的作用。
In order to promote the education and training program for excellent engineers in electrical engineering and automation field,cultivate talents of electrical engineering who have excellent quality in scientific literacy,humanistic spirit and professional competence,this paper puts forward the"Diversification"innovation education concept of"teaching and learning,theory and practice,school and enterprise close integration".Based on the basic system of the teaching and practice ability,the innovation of teaching and learning inside and outside the class is carried out.In the process of student practice,the conditions for obtaining engineering ability through project learning are created.The teaching practice shows that the construction of this teaching mode plays a positive role in cultivating students’comprehensive ability and improving employment competitiveness.
