直接进样-超高效液相色谱法测定水中DMF 被引量:3

Determination of N,N-Dimethyformamide by Direct Injection and Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography with Photo Diode Array Detector in Water Samples

摘要 建立了一种直接进样快速测定环境水体中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的超高效液相色谱方法,将水样经过0.22μm的滤头过滤后,以乙腈-水溶液为流动相,分别研究了检测波长、流动相组成、柱温和流速等实验条件对色谱分析的影响。结果表明,当检测波长196nm,流动相组成为15%的乙腈水溶液,流速0.2mL/min,柱温30℃,DMF的响应高,峰形好,使用该方法分析水体中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的线性关系良好(R≥0.9999),加标回收率73.5%~113%,精密度2.03%~3.76%,方法检出限和测定下限分别是0.025mg/L和0.1mg/L。 A method for rapid determination of DMF in water was established by direct injection and UPLC with PDAD.After the water was filtered by a 0.22 μm filter.When acetonitrile - water was used as the mobile phase.The influence of chromatographic analysis was studied by different experimental conditions ,such as detection wavelength, the mobile phase, the flow rate and the column temperature.The optimum chromatogram conditions are the mixture mobile phase of acetonitrile - water ( 15∶ 85,v /v) and the flow rate 0.2 mL /min, the column temperature 30 ℃ and detection wavelength 196 nm.Under the optimized conditions,DMF get high response and good peak shape, the linearity of DMF is very good( R≥0.999 9).The recoveries for different samples ranged from 73.5% to 113%.RSDs were 2.03%to 3.76%.The method detection limit and minimum quantitative detection limit were 0.025 mg /L and 0.1 mg /L,respectively.
