摘要
通过采用四层架构体系与模块化功能设计,以JAVA为主,结合多种其他编程语言,设计了不动产登记信息数据库、不动产登记信息管理平台功能模块以及平台的各类接口,同时把六个子系统通过业务流程串联起来,最终建立了不动产登记信息管理平台。该平台实现了不动产登记信息的存储和管理,不动产业务的统一办理,不动产成果的交换共享,不动产信息的公开查询等功能,为统一不动产登记信息管理标准、提高工作效率、方便公众办证和促进不动产登记的“四统一”提供技术支撑。
The functional modules of real estate registration information database,real estate registration information management platform and various are designed by using JAVA as the main language and combining with the four-tier architecture system of many other programming development languages and modular functional design.At the same time,six subsystems are connected through the business process,and finally a real estate registration information management platform is established.This platform has realized the storage and management of real estate registration information,the unification of real estate business,the exchange and sharing of real estate achievements,and the public inquiry of real estate information.It provides technical support for the unified management standard of real estate registration information,improving work efficiency, facilitating public certification and promoting the“ four unification” of real estate registration.
