摘要
目的探讨Waveflex动态固定系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法LDH患者70例分为两组,分别采用Waveflex动态固定系统治疗(A组,35例)和腰椎后路融合内固定治疗(B组,35例)。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量以及腰椎整体活动度。结果 A组手术时间和术中出血量较B组减少[(104.03±10.49) min vs.(116.31±12.10)min和(133.96±29.70) ml vs.(222.05±40.20) ml](P<0.05)。A组末次随访时腰椎整体活动度高于B组[(7.16±0.34)度vs.(5.68±0.55)度](P<0.05)。结论与腰椎后路融合内固定术比较,Waveflex动态固定系统治疗LDH具有手术时间短、术中出血量少和术后恢复好等优势。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Waveflex dynamic fixation system in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 70 patients with LDH was assigned into two groups,which were treated with Waveflex dynamic fixation system(group A,35 cases) and lumbar posterior fusion and internal fixation(group B,35 cases).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and overall lumbar motion were compared between two groups.ResultsThe operation time and intraoperative blood loss in group A were less than those in group B [(104.03±10.49) minutes vs.(116.31±12.10) minutes and(133.96±29.70) ml vs.(222.05±40.20) ml](P<0.05).The overall lumbar motion at the final follow-up in group A was more than that in group B [(7.16±0.34) degrees vs.(5.68±0.55) degrees](P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to lumbar posterior fusion and internal fixation,Waveflex dynamic fixation system in the treatment of LDH has the advantages of shorter operation time,less blood loss and better recovery.
