摘要 中国是开始食用菌人工栽培最早的国家,食用菌作为"白色农业",在未来的农业发展中将扮演着越来越重要的角色。我国食用菌文化历史悠久,涌现出不少食用菌文化文学作品。当前食用菌文化历史挖掘力度不够,食用菌文化宣传不到位,国际化不强。食用菌文化发展与产业融合不紧密,使得食用菌文化存在转型困境。新时代应通过食用菌文化博览会以及新媒体传播为主构建立体化的食用菌文化传播体系。充分挖掘食用菌保健文化的同时,挖掘食用菌文化的生态环境保护与自强不息寓意文化。此外,要加强食用菌文化与食用菌产业的融合,以文化促进产业转型和升级。 China is one of the earliest country to begin the cultivation of edible fungi. As a"white agriculture", edible fungi will play an increasingly important role in the future agricultural development. China’s edible fungus culture has a long history, and many literary works of edible fungus culture have emerged. At present, the excavation of the history of edible fungi culture is not enough, the propaganda of edible fungi culture is not in place, and the internationalization is not strong. The development of edible mushroom culture is not closely integrated with industry, which makes the transformation of edible mushroom culture difficult. In the new era, we should build a three-dimensional cultural communication system of edible fungi through the cultural exposition of edible fungi and the dissemination of new media. While fully tapping the health culture of edible fungi, we should also tap the ecological environment protection and self-improvement implied culture of edible fungi culture. In addition, the integration of edible mushroom culture and edible mushroom industry should be strengthened to promote industrial transformation and upgrading by culture.
