摘要
制造业是现代工业的基石,物料清单管理BOM(Bill of Material)是制造业的基因(DNA),研究制造物料清单中的关键物料和通用物料是提高物料管理效率和风险防范的重要前提。以A公司的实际物料清单为例,建立BOM超网络模型,基于超图超网络的节点超度、物料通用度、超边度、超边超度、超边相似以及超网络关联矩阵的SVD分解,得到A公司BOM物料中的重要物料及重要的产品BOM,通过识别关键物料和关键产品,结合传统的BOM管理方法,完善物料的供应与管理机制,提高BOM管理的效率,旨在为BOM管理提供一种的研究视角,提升中国制造业的水平和效率。
BOM is one of the most important management activities in manufacturing industry,and the analysis and identification of material importance in BOM is one of the most important material management activities.Based on Node Hyperdegrees,Hyperedge Degrees,Hyperedge Hyperdegrees,Hyperedge similarity and SVD decomposition of correlation matrix of hyperrnetwork.the important materials and important products of BOM in company A are obtained.The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of BOM management by identifying key materials and key products,combining with traditional BOM management methods,optimizing the supply and management mechanism of materials and improving the efficiency of BOM management,the purpose of this paper is to provide a research perspective for BOM management,and to improve the level and efficiency of Chinese manufacturing industry.
