糖化玉米秸秆对肉仔鸡生长性能、养分代谢率、器官指数、血清指标及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Saccharification Corn Straw on Growth Performance,Nutrient Metabolic Rates,Organ Indices,Serum Indices and Intestinal Microflora of Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究糖化玉米秸秆(SCS)对肉仔鸡生长性能、养分代谢率、器官指数、血清指标及肠道菌群的影响。选择1日龄健康的雌性爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡250只,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。基础饲粮组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在饲粮中添加4%、8%和12%SCS及8%SCS(高油)替代部分能量饲料。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)8%SCS(高油)组的平均日采食量显著高于8%SCS组(P<0.05),8%SCS组和12%SCS组的末重和平均日增重显著低于基础饲粮组(P<0.05),8%SCS组、12%SCS组和8%SCS(高油)组的料重比显著高于基础饲粮组和4%SCS组(P<0.05)。2)8%SCS(高油)组的饲粮代谢能显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),12%SCS组的能量代谢率显著低于基础饲粮组和4%SCS组(P<0.05),4%SCS组的粗蛋白质代谢率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),4%SCS组的钙代谢率显著高于基础饲粮组(P<0.05)。3)8%SCS组的肝脏指数显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),12%SCS组的腺胃指数显著低于8%SCS组(P<0.05),4%SCS组的盲肠指数显著低于8%SCS组和12%SCS组(P<0.05)。4)12%SCS组的血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),8%SCS组的血清尿酸、尿素、总蛋白、白蛋白和总胆红素含量显著高于8%SCS(高油)组(P<0.05),8%SCS(高油)组的血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。5)4%SCS组、8%SCS组和12%SCS组的回肠中大肠杆菌数量显著低于基础饲粮组和8%SCS(高油)组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加4%SCS对肉仔鸡生长性能、大部分养分代谢率、器官指数、血清生化和抗氧化指标无显著影响,显著降低回肠中大肠杆菌数量。1~21日龄肉仔鸡饲粮中添加4%SCS替代部分能量饲料是可行的。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of saccharification corn straw(SCS)on growth performance,nutrient metabolic rates,organ indices,serum indices and intestinal microflora of broilers.A total of 250 healthy one-day-old female Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.Broilers in the basal diet group were fed a basal diet,and the others in the experimental were fed the diets which supplemented with 4%,8%,12%SCS and 8%SCS(high oil)replaced partial energy feed,respectively.The experiment lasted 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily feed intake of 8%SCS(high oil)group was significantly higher than that of 8%SCS group(P<0.05),the final weight and average daily gain of 8%SCS group and 12%SCS group were significantly lower than those of basal diet group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio of 8%SCS group,12%SCS group and 8%SCS(high oil)group was significantly higher than that of basal diet group and 4%SCS group(P<0.05).2)The dietary metabolic energy of 8%SCS(high oil)group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),the energy metabolic rate of 12%SCS group was significantly lower than that of basal diet group and 4%SCS group(P<0.05),the crude protein metabolic rate of 4%SCS group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the calcium metabolic rate of 4%SCS group was significantly higher than that of basal diet group(P<0.05).3)The liver index of 8%SCS group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),the proventriculus index of 12%SCS group was significantly lower than that of 8%SCS group(P<0.05),and the cecum index of 4%SCS group was significantly lower than that of8%SCS group and 12%SCS group(P<0.05).4)The serum alkaline phosphatase activity of 12%SCS group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),the contents of uric acid,urea,total protein,albumin and total bilirubin in serum of 8%SCS group were significantly higher than those of 8%SCS(high oil)group(P<0.05),and the serum total superoxide dismutase activity of 8%SCS(high oil)group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).5)The ileum Escherichia coli number of 4%SCS group,8%SCS group and 12%SCS group was significantly lower than that of basal diet group and 8%SCS(high oil)group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary 4%SCS has no significant effects on growth performance,most nutrient metabolic rates,organ indices,serum biochemical and antioxidant indices of broilers,significantly decrease the ileum Escherichia coli number.Diets adding 4%SCS replacing partly energy feed for broilers during1 to 21 days of age is feasible.
