摘要
乙酰水杨酸是一种应用广泛的解热镇痛药和抗炎药。对近年来合成乙酰水杨酸使用的催化剂AlCl3、固体超强酸、酸性离子液体、柠檬酸、维生素C、分子碘、强酸性阳离子交换树脂、分子筛等进行简要的综述,并对各种催化剂的优缺点进行了评价。通过分析比较得到酸性催化剂合成乙酰水杨酸的收率比碱性催化剂催化高;采用超声波、微波辐射等手段能使反应速度明显加快。
Acetylsalicylic acid is widely used as antipyretic analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs. The catalysts used in the synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid in recent years,including activated carbon supported AlCl3 solid super acid,acidic ionic liquid,citric acid,vitamin C,molecular iodine,strong acid cation exchange resin and molecular sieve were briefly discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of various catalysts were evaluated. The results showed that the yields of reactions with acidic catalysts were higher than that of alkaline catalysts,and ultrasonic,microwave and other strengthen means could shorten the reaction time.
