摘要
介绍了职业技能大赛的意义和特点,提出了会计专业技能型人才培养的优化对策,如明确会计专业技能型人才培养目标、改善会计专业实习实训条件、推动会计专业课程体系改革、提升会计教师的实践能力,形成以赛促学、以赛促教的良好氛围,提高职业院校的教育教学质量。
This paper introduces the significance and characteristics of the professional skills competition, and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the training of accounting professional skilled talents, such as defining the training objectives of accounting professional skilled talents, improving the conditions of accounting professional practice training, promoting the reform of accounting professional curriculum system, and improving the practical ability of accounting teachers, so as to form a good atmosphere of promoting learning and teaching by competition and improve the quality of education and teaching in vocational colleges.
