摘要
丹参作为治疗血瘀阻滞的著名传统中药,有上千年的使用历史。以丹参成分、丹参组方的各种剂型的丹参类药物被广泛应用于临床。然而,随着丹参类药物应用增多、适应证扩大,不良反应的报道也日益增多。该文对丹参历代古籍中配伍禁忌与使用注意进行了简述,并对现代临床中的不良反应发生与配伍禁忌进行了介绍,提出了不良反应的应对策略,以期为丹参及其制剂的新药开发及临床安全有效地应用提供参考。
As a famous herb for treating blood stasis,Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge(Danshen)has a long history of medical application.Various formulations of Danshen related drugs[derivatives from Danshen and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula including Danshen]have been widely used in clinical practice.However,with the increase of applications and the expansion of indications,reports on their adverse drug reactions are dramatically increased.This article briefly introduced the incompatibility and use notes of Danshen in ancient TCM books.Furthermore,the adverse drug reactions and incompatibility in modern clinical practice were reviewed and some strategies to avoid and/or handle these adverse effects were proposed.We hope to provide reference for Danshen-based new drug research and development,and for clinical application of Danshen safely and effectively.
