摘要
医院作为治疗和防控疾病的重要公共医疗场所,主要为社会提供各种医疗服务,而卫生管理部门是院内重要的基础组成部分,负责改善医院卫生条件,控制流行病、传染性疾病传播,预防院内感染发生,为医院医务人员和就诊患者提供良好的治疗环境。现阶段,国内医疗卫生管理仍处于初级发展阶段,卫生服务系统的构建和日常工作管理仍存在许多问题,包括医护人员主动服务意识薄弱、患者健康知识水平较低等问题,无法满足人们对医疗卫生服务日益增长的实际需求。本文以医院卫生管理的必要性为切入点,分析了医院卫生管理的安全问题,并在此基础上探讨了相应的改进方案,旨在加强医院卫生管理,完善医疗卫生环境,降低院内不良事件发生风险,为社会提供更加优质、全面的医疗保障服务。
As an important public medical place for the treatment and prevention of diseases,hospitals mainly provide various medical services for the society,while the health management department is an important basic part of hospitals,responsible for improving hospital health conditions,controlling the spread of epidemics and infectious diseases,preventing nosocomial infections,and providing a good treatment environment for hospital medical staff and patients.At present,the domestic medical and health management is still in the primary stage of development.There are still many problems in the construction of health service system and daily work management,including the weak awareness of active service of medical staff and the low level of patients′health knowledge,which can not meet the increasing actual needs of people for medical and health services.Based on the necessity of hospital health management,this paper analyses the safety problems of hospital health management,and on this basis discusses the corresponding improvement programs,aiming at strengthening hospital health management,improving medical and health environment,reducing the risk of adverse events in hospital,and providing more high-quality and comprehensive medical security services for the society.
