基于LabVIEW图像处理的激光测距系统 被引量:4

摘要 在许多领域普遍存在距离测量的需求,而人工测距效率低,精密测距仪器价格昂贵。为提高测距效率,提出一种成本低、装置结构简单的近距离高精度激光测距系统。该系统以基于LabVIEW的机器视觉为核心,利用激光光源和基于CMOS相机的图像采集模块,配合彩色图像匹配、图像分割、图像预处理、图像质心求解和坐标转换等图像处理算法识别激光点及求取其坐标,根据各装置之间距离的几何关系,对目标物体到摄像头的距离进行测量分析,实现实时自动化测量。该系统的有效测量范围为20~200m,测量误差为±0.2~±3.8mm,提高摄像头分辨率后,理论上测量范围可达到10~500cm,测量误差可达±0.1mm。 The need of distance measurement is common in many fields.However,many ranging method is inefficient and the instruments are expensive.In order to improve the efficiency of range measurement,This article proposes the design of a short-range and high-precision laser ranging system.The system with a simple structure is low cost.The system is based on LabVIEW-based machine vision.It uses laser light source and CMOS camera-based image acquisition module to identify laser spots.Some image processing algorithms are used,such as color image matching,image segmentation,image preprocessing,image centroid solution and coordinate transformation.At the same time,according to geometric relationship of distances between devices,the distance from the target object to the camera can be measured and analyzed,which is a kind of automatically real-time measurement.The effective measurement range of the system was from 20 cm to 200 cm,and the error of measurement was from±0.2 mm to ±3.8 mm.After improving the resolution of the camera,the theoretical measurement range will be from 10 cm to 500 cm,and the error of measurement will be ±0.1 mm.
